Wearing a Regency empire style peach dress with tiny
hand~painted dots, trimmed with lace and frills…

Over her shoulders Emilia wears a simple silk shawl
while tiny buttons adorn the back of her bodice…

Her undergarments are pretty lace trimmed with tiny bows.
Everything hand sewn.

Ms Emilia is a happy widow content with her life,
she loves her family and friends and her flower garden…

She carries a hand thrown pottery bowl filed
with her favourite flowers from her own garden…

Wearing a doublet/jerkin of black silk, with slashes, trimmed with grey silk and buttons of Swarovski crystals…

Robert wears starched neck and wrist ruffs which will be
forever associated with Elizabethan costume…

He wears pant-hose showing slashes of grey silk beneath, black nether hose and simple laced leather shoes…

Robert’s hat beside him is a Tudor Henrocian hat…

Tudor Times…

Wearing a white smock with collar and cuff under a green kirtle and skirt. Beatrice wears a crisp white apron over…

An open fitted English gown with puffed sleeves is worn on top…
this is somewhat like a coat…

On her head Beatrice wears an Elizabethan coif
with shaped brim and forehead cloth…

Stiff neck and wrist ruffs which are forever associated with
Elizabethan costume are worn by all no matter the class…

Her undergarments are plain in keeping with the period.
As always, Beatrice’s costume is all hand~sewn…

Beatrice is in charge of three tiny keys
which are kept safe hanging around her waist…

Pretty in Pink…

Rebecca is an Edwardian Miss, wearing a pale pink fine lawn dress trimmed with a frills and vintage braid…

Pearl buttons adorn the collar, sleeves and the back of the bodice… while tiny hand~sewn pin tucks enhance the bodice…

Rebecca’s pretty blonde hair is tied with a pink silk ribbon bow at the back and further silk bows and a sash are echoed in her ensemble…

Undergarments of fine lawn trimmed with vintage lace are simple in style in keeping with the period. All entirely hand~sewn.

On her feet Rebecca wears black patent real leather laced up boots.

Practically Perfect in Every Way…

Mary Poppins wearing her signature daisy hat, in one hand she carries her parrot umbrella and the other her magical carpet bag…

Wearing a crisp white shirt with pleated bodice, tiny pearl buttons
and a lace trimmed collar with a red bow…

The daisies in her hat are hand painted as are the cherries and leaves… she wears cream gloves on her delicate hands…

Mary Poppins is just as she should be with a sweet, kindly face…
she really is “Practically Perfect in Every Way”…

Her overcoat is hand dyed and has a red lining, underneath her skirt is also hand dyed and finished with a hand sewn trim…

Below she wears a lace trimmed petticoat and bloomers, on her feet black patent leather buttoned boots complete her ensemble.
