Christmas is a magical time in our home,
I thought I’d share some pictures with you …
I have lots of cushions everywhere…
They’re my one weakness don’t you know… ?
I have quite a few candles too …
… And …
Lots of Lanterns around the house …
there’s something quite magic about candle light …
I have them everywhere …
They look so pretty glistening at night …
trimmed with red ribbon … and holly …
And … its not like we save on the electricity bill
because I have lamps everywhere too… AND I better not mention the chandeliers …
Even Sophie has a Christmas bow …
But I don’t think she is terribly happy about it …
My Vintage Glass Baubles…
Did I mention I have a weakness for all things Vintage… ?
This beauty was a gift … to myself …
Its gorgeous and I just had to have it …
Our garland has twinkling fairy lights on it
and it winds up our staircase…
Under-the-stairs I have an old chest of drawers …
and a candle or two …
We have a black Christmas tree in the kitchen,
Its a rather blurred picture I’m afraid…
I’ve taken all of these pictures using my blackberry
as my camera is broken …
and I’ve been a good girl for most of the year
… Mr Clause (hint, hint)
My lovely parents bought us this fabulous flat screen tv
for our kitchen wall as a joint Christmas gift …
When I set the table on Christmas Eve I’ll take a picture to share with you… at the moment I have a small collection of candles on it…
I believe that Christmas should be about L.O.V.E.
You can’t touch it or taste it, but it makes you feel good.
