Countess Violet wears an Edwardian two piece ensemble made using the finest purple striped silk which is trimmed with vintage laces…

She has a rather stern face, a wicked tongue yet she has a heart of gold which can be seen through her kindly eyes.

Further detail of her costume can be seen here showing beautiful draping which falls naturally, allowing the fabric to pool around her…

Vintage lace adorns Violet’s jacket, under which she wears a blouse made using cream lawn, more vintage lace and a silk bow.
Lace gloves are worn and in one hand holds a handkerchief…

In the other hand she holds a walking cane. Her undergarments are simple yet pretty and on her feet she wears black leather boots…

Violet’s once dark hair has turned silver grey with time,
though remaining darker shades can be seen at the back.

Jane wears a Regency white empire style dress, with puff sleeves and a ruched bodice trimmed with pale green silk sash…

A simple silk shawl is draped around her arms, her undergarments are simple yet pretty very much in keeping with the period…

Jane has a beautiful delicate face… her hair is worn up in a loose bun and delicate curls fall gently…

Wearing a white gown was considered a sign of high society status as it dirtied quickly… meaning one would own several.

As always, all hand~sewn by me.
Jane is a specially commissioned piece, however should you have any enquiries regarding her or any other doll,

Mary is a special commission which I completed prior to Christmas, this is my first chance to post her… its been a wonderful yet busy Christmas and New Year…

My gorgeous client wanted a rather plain Mary… admittedly
she’s not the prettiest of ladies and quite unfavourable amongst men…
she is however quite a character, straight laced and studious…

Mary wears a plain Regency costume with simple undergarments.
Her hair is worn up in a bun
and shyly she hides behind her spectacles…

Mary is an avid artist…
when she’s not drawing or painting she will have her nose in a book,
and importantly she has a kind heart…
As always all seams are hand~sewn by me.
If you have any enquiries regarding Mary
or any other doll, please do email me…
